It does actually. The MSport steering wheel is much thicker than original one, and hence the "touch" is much sportier!
It is not only the paddle shifters (which I don't have).

Did you have to buy a new airbag unit, or did the one from the normal steering wheel fit?
I'm looking into buying this wheel too.
