Hi folks!
Last weekend I got the "Front left parking light failure" message, and the angel eyes didn't light up on the left. I thought it could be because of my bad battery.
However, I found a pair of AE led bulbs relatively cheap in a web store, so I ordered them just in case the bulb was gone.
And after changing them, looks like it was the bulb indeed. But, the original bulb looked fine after I got it out. Whatever, I like the new look.
By the way, I bought a new battery too, but I haven't installed it yet. It is more powerful than my current battery so I think I'll go to dealer to code it into car.
Ok, these 3W led bulbs were 65,95? and some kind of bulk packed. Don't know their brand either. I thought I could ditch them if they were piece of crap. But after all they weren't! Maybe not as bright as some more expensive ones, but I'm happy with them
.
I managed to install them without removing the headlights. Now my hands are wounded...
Oh and the car is pre-LCI with Xenon headlights.
Some pics here
.
Bulk packed:

There were adapter cables too for some other BMW models:

Original on the left and LED bulb on the right:

I also changed my high beams into whiter ones:

The difference between the original and the led (sorry the headlights are on):
