Hey All,
I had some extra CF Wrap lying around, got bored on Friday and decided to wrap part of my ACS lip before I get it painted. Note: I've never wrapped anything of this size, and the bends and curves are a lot harder to wrap with this stuff; wrapping my interior was easy because I used a fabric-type of material.
Please go easy on the flaming, just need your opinions....re-wrap it or have the entire thing painted? I did a shit-job on the wrapping, some of it tore because the heat gun was on too high. It's now bolted to my front bumper, let me know what you guys think.

It tore right underneath, and off to the side...very frustrating!

thanks, but there's some tears up close and minor bubbling. I was thinking about cutting out certain parts and reapplying those sections so I dont have to re-wrap the entire lip.

I bought mine from ijdmtoy.com, it's the adhesive type so you'll need a heat-gun to soften the material. Maybe I'll leave it on until the meet this weekend, not sure if I'll make it on saturday, but I could possibly meet up for the boiling crab.
FYI if there are air bubbles, you can use a needle to puncture and allow the air to come out so that the vinyl can adhere to the lip surface. Also, use a heat gun or blow dryer to warm up the vinyl so that it becomes more pliable and the adhesive also sticks much better. This is especially useful on curves and difficult edges.
