i was wondering if anyone has attempted to make the exhaust exit out of the center of the car instead of a dual exhaust look with their e60.maybe like the the setup of a corvette? how the two dual tip exhaust are right next to each other in the center of the car.? is it possible to do this? i know there would have be mod done to the rear bumber but would the wheel well for the spare tire come in the way???

Probably with the Lumma rear bumper.
