I would like to add a cell phone booster but not if I have to mount and antenna.
Is there a cell technology antenna in the roof fin use for the BMW assist? If so, does anyone know where the cable is routed (somewhere in the dash)?
This and a power chip is absolutely my last mod!

It's there in the shark fin and cable goes under the center console. I think in the 2004's there was a connection that needed to be made in the trunk too but I'm not sure.

the shark fin cell antenna is very lacking. i had to mount a antenna behind the shark to get reasonable reciepthion. since your going to add power to it, do go thru the shark. you dont know what you could over power besides the cell antenna.
