Hi all,

I have just ordered the UUC EVO III Short Shifter kit.

After talking to Rob from UUC, he told me that there is no point replacing the CDV with a drilled one rather then just take it off..

Did any of you just took it off completely ? Will I have to Install a cluch stop at the same time ?

Thanks !

Should have the same result either way, but the whole point of putting in a modified CDV is for warranty purposes in case something happens.

Can I ask how much the evo III cost, and do you have an idea how much the install would be?

UUC EVO III cost me $325, they sell it on UUC website for $355.

AA-TUNING shop in miami will charge me 2 hrs of labor @ about $80-$90 an hour.

I've been told that less fames shops will do it for half that price.

I'll post pics and review once it's done.
