ok so i called around 30 min ago and the guy said they were shipped out already. Lets see if its true. He said the dhl tracking number should be working by tomorow morning. If it doesnt , well then ill just have to call him again. haha

damn i hope he wasnt lying when i called...i clearly said..." so the lip is in DHls hands already right? for sure? " and he said yes. So tomorow if the tracking number still does not work im gonna call dhl. Then if nothing ill call him and see what the hell is up..

I spoke to him as well today and he told me that they were going to be shipped out today as well. He took my ebay and phone number and told me he will call me when he ships it out with the tracking number 
.......ofcourse no call or tracking number

This guy is milking you for the time that eBay/Paypal have allotted for you to make a dispute. If 45 days or so pass, they will believe him and not you.
Thats why I say, make the dispute with Paypal already, the worst that could happen is that he states it is shipped (even though it has not). Then he has to prove it to Paypal....
But if you have your dispute in, then your good.
So get with it...
