That's a good idea...I went ahead and filed a claim with paypal...I guess we'll see what happens from here. Everyone should do the same and cover themselves

well i was gonna file a claim on paypal but before i did it gave me a message with their phone number..im gonna give them a call monday and talk to them in a very...well demanding manner..if not ill insist on getting my money back..they sent me a message yesterday saying how they are looking for a suitable and protectable box to send me the item...how the hell do you own a business and have to "look around" for a box to send your items...thats rediculous but w.e.

I got the same email....I would go ahead and still put a claim in with paypal and cover yourself. When you do call them please let us know the outcome.
