Hey Guys, finally wrapped my interior trim with 3m di-noc carbon fiber vinyl. You will not find one imperfection on the wrapping

I would like to start offering this service on the forum. Some of you may know me and some many not. It was a pleasure showing my services to every one that came to the Fort Lee meet this past weekend. We carefully remove each and every trim piece so we can successful wrap to perfection. Turn around time is one day. The ones who saw the service in person will say pictures don?t do justice, but DKNewYork did take some awesome shots which you can see. This service will run $399 for the complete interior trim. I also wrap anything else, for example; mirrors, window trims, hoods, roofs, spoilers, steering wheels and etc? Please PM with any questions or concerns. Thank you for reading this post and please let me know what you think

Very accurately done mate! Looks more 'BMW' than going with a high gloss for carbon trim.
Nice!

Nice!

Yes,it really does and the 3m di-noc actually has texture instead of the material just being smooth.

Looks great

Yep, the wrapping job is very impressive. I tried to wrap some interior stuff myself and its hard for the edges to look good, mainly the i-drive knob.

you gotta have patience and just keep heating and pulling it will work out really clean, where there will be no wrinkles nor creases. you did take your pieces out correct?

Isaiah_Charles 10-26-2010 06:35 AM

:hyper: !!! We def have some business to do when I get my car back, I've been asking around a few places but nothing, anyways you say it takes a day so do I ride around w/ no interior pcs for a day??

Yeah def, just let me know. Pm me your number and we can set something up when you do get your car back. Well, I would'nt recommend driving around with no interior cause the center console comes out, but if you leave me your car in the morning, I'll have it ready for you by the evening. That's the quickest turnaround I can do especially when the work is perfect. Anyways, shoot me a PM and we'll talk.

Haha, I actually have some extra di-noc and I'm looking for stuff to wrap. Might put di-noc on my cats food bowl.

That would be hella tight Krozi.

Is this Di-noc material water resistant? I mean, realistically, exterior application, what is its expected life?

I believe the specs on it are ~10 years interior life and ~3 years exterior. It is really difficult to predict exterior life because there are so many factors to consider...ice, rain, sand, humidity, heat, UV exposure....

tex_phil 10-26-2010 09:36 AM

Yeah its water resistant, I have it on my spoilers.

Isaiah_Charles 10-26-2010 09:54 AM

Pics dont do the OP's work or car justice, extremely clean!

John@Motorcepts 10-26-2010 10:09 AM

hey Zero, all u gotta u is take the airbag out. Unplug battery, there's a hole on the bottom of the steering wheel, shove it up and it should click and BAM, it should come out. Then a couple screws later ur good.

I can wrap almost anything in any color.

bdogge 10-28-2010 10:26 AM

Very nice work! Are you going to wrap your door trims as well? Another suggestion, on your steering wheel wrap, it'll probably better if the design on the wrap flows, this would make it even cleaner. Just my opinion, but other than that everything looks very noice! Good job.
