Default Cant figure out how to remove ac vent above lightswitch.

hello everyone,
im wrapping the interior trim and have all the trim removed and also have all the vents out with exception of one..
the ac vent above the light switch turn dial. The vent that isl connected to the back of the trim at this location.. the vent is absolutely crammed in there. i'm not sure if its possible to take it out without breaking something. so far i haven't broken any clips but this one has me beat.

anyone removed this successfully? Im not sure its possible to get it out without breaking clips. I cant find links to remove the vents, just trim.
any help?
thanks!

I had the same problem but it does come off it's just a PITA... Check with member Spedieguns I know he did and he also explained how without breaking it.

well, i eventually go it apart.. it wasnt easy. there really isnt mush info out there on how to remove those vents. there are so many dang clips..
anyway, i took a big chunk out of one clip and the other is somewhat in tact. it will be alright, the vent is pinched between the trim piece and dash anyhow.

I ended up wrapping the center console which came out near flawless. the long trim piece gave me issues. those lips on the vents are tricky. i think im going to re do it. im going to snap a few i phone pics and load them up, get some opinions.

how about links or vids on wrapping techniques..?

How did you do removing the trim on the door panels? I know I broke every single one on mine when I took them off.
