Can you fit European Adaptive Xenons on a UK car?

As the subject says.
The reason I ask is I put in my VIN no. into REALOEM and the above light part no.s were for my VIN but if I select the Euro car which is LHD. If I select RHD, then it's the same part no.'s but one iteration higher.
I'm hoping the parts are exactly the same with the one iteration difference to distinguish what car it's going on LHD or RHD.
I've got a 2005 535d whilst these are from a Euro 2007:
Left: 63 12 7 160 149
Right: 63 12 7 160 150
So just wanted to know if Euro lights fit UK car?

I think you can fit EU lights in the UK. You just have to switch them to RHD on the Xenon ring.
