In order to run a 10.5 rear what would the offset have to be?

Basically I want to pick up a set of wheels, but the 10.5 rear was made for a 6 series. But if I recall, I read a thread that somebody was running 6 series fitment.
Some guys run 10" rear with ET20 and 285 tire with no rubbing....so based on that, you'd need at least ET26 if you plan to run 285's on 10.5" rear. The problem with 10.5" rears is that you really need a 295 in back for it to look right, and that would probably require rolling your fenders.

Ok I called the shop today and he figured it out for me. In order for me to run a 10.5 rear I'll need a +32 offset and he said it can be done.

Also, he told me that Marcato is still in business but only does custom rims, therefore I have to wait 2-3 months for them!!! I'm not a patient guy at all, so I'm going to have to think about it.

What size tire are you planning on running back there? Don't go any thinner than 285.

Yeah I would run a 285/30/20 size. But here's what I was thinking, since the offset would be perfect to fit, would I still need to roll my fenders?

I was reading a post by SJ who has these exact wheels and he made a good point that a 285 rear is too hard to maintain, I assume he means that it balds out faster because of camber, and his 10" rear still looks good.

Should I just order it? Order it and wait 2-3 months? By then it'll be October and I won't get to show off my wheels for the summer
