can I put 9.5 inch wide rims with offset 18 for the front on a 530I?

if they are low profile 14 inchers, I say go for it 
Seriously, you'll have to expand a little on the wheels/tires you want to get to have a definite answer.
1. What diameter wheels are you planning to get? 18s, 19s, 20s, bigger?
2. Does your 530i have a sport package?
3. Is your car lowered? Are you planning to?
4. Are you able to relatively easily roll the fenders?
