CAN I INSTALL A OEM PRE LCI MTECH KIT ON A LCI CAR?

My Ride: 2008 528i Alpine White
Hello my friend has a oem Mtech kit from his 2007 e60 that he sold, that I could purchase but his car was a pre LCI and my car is a 2008 E60 which is LCI. His car was the exact color as mine, Alpine White, so it is perfect and it has PDC, which I have also. Can I install it? if so what would be the problems?. I could save alot of money, so any help would be apreciated. Thanks again
