Dear fellow BMW Owners:
A word to the wise about the Replica wheels that I purchased from "THE WHEEL EXCHANGE" I first heard how the GSP 9700 with ROAD FORCE wheel balancer is the "latest" and "greatest", and that might be so, but I do know it did not work for me on my 2004 BMW (E60) 530i, and only after SONAR Wheel Balancing that my Parallel M's are not only cool looking, but now smooth riding wheels!
Now just make sure when your ordering from "The Wheel Exchange", that they send you out, four BMW Parallel M Replica wheels are that alike in appearance for your expensive BMW. (Otherwise you might have the same appearance problem that I have with mine, and waiting on a reply from "THE WHEEL EXCAHANGE" on what their going to do to resolved this wheel order).
In my case, one set of my new Replica wheels didn't all four look alike, in fact I have wrote them twice along with pictures this month about this appearance problem with the ONE BMW Replica Wheel, and so far I have not heard back from them.
I am hoping "THE WHEEL EXCHANGE" will do the right thing for me, their loyal customer, and take back the one (in perfect condition) Replica wheel, and ship me one the matches my other three they sent me from their warehouse, but at this point who knows what they will do???
I will keep this forum informed on this posting, if I hear anything back from "THE WHEEL EXCHANGE" about what they will do.
In Conclusion: Just beware of these adverse problems when ordering form these BMW online Replica Wheel Companies i.e. "THE WHEEL EXCHANGE" , that answers ALL YOUR EMAIL, and promises you the moon, until you purchase from them and then . . . ???
Sincerely,
Raymond Presley

Hi Rudy:
I saw your BMW 545i, nice Bimmer! Also are your 124 wheel OEM's? I am sure they are, but are you pleased with them?
I was considering purchasing the 18inch 124 for my 530i also, but I bought these Parallel M Replicas instead, and three of the four wheels, look great, but the one wheel does not match the other three? I just cannot get them right!
If I cannot get customer satifaction from "THE WHEEL EXCHANGE" (think they heard me now? I doubt it! LOL), I will probaly go with the BMW OEM 124's. like yours, and use my BMW Parallel M Replicas I bought from who: ??? (LOL), for "door stops", Jk LOL).

Why you have two posts going regarding the Wheel Exchange I don' t know, but I will share my story regarding them as well. About 8 months ago I placed an order for the same rims and then changed my mind a few hours afterwards. I was shocked to find out when calling to cancel my order that they were going to charge me a restocking fee just for changing my mind even though they hadn't shipped the wheels. Fortunately for me the fraud department at Mastercard didn't take their side and reversed out the charges. I recommend to anyone that does choose to purchase from them completely read their policies regarding returns on their website.

do not know why, there supposed to be only the one! I guess someone is trying to help me out!
Sorry to hear the trouble you had with "THE WHEEL EXCHANGE", but at least MasterCard did the fair and right thing for you, if I cannot get their attention I might put mine in MasterCard dispute also.

I looked at the four pictures you posted of your M-Parallel wheels but couldn't easily see what's different with the one. Can you describe the problem you're having with that place, you know, the one you're having a hard time with, um, what's it called again?...

[/quote]Hi Rudy:
On my 04 530i Bimmer, outside in the day light, that one Parallel M Replica wheel (#2 wheel in Picture above), sticks out from the other three like a "sore thumb!" The problem is that Nathan from "The Wheel Exchange" sent me a more polished wheel than the other three, it is almost chrome. (SEE PIC #2 ABOVE) (By the way a BMW Mechanic pointed this out to me also with the rest of people at my BMW shop)
And I am still trying to reach not Nathan who I bought them from NOV/DEC 2004, because I am told that Nathan Williams is no longer with them, and a Joe one of our other friends at the wheel place, what their name again? (LOL)
But Joe is on the case now, and I will be sure to keep this BMW forum (along with some others) informed of the results from: "THE WHEEL EXCHANGE"

One more question? What do you use to keep that BMW brake dust off your cool looking BMW 124 star spoke wheels! (Before the Parallel M's, I used kleen wheels on my stock 138, (SEE BELOW), but I missed seeing the brake rotor, etc., but it did alleviate the excessive brake dust, without heating up the brakes, becasue my kleen wheels were forced air vents)

No matter what the claims are, I don't like the Kleen Wheels "pie plate" concept.
I use P21S when I wash the car myself but unfortunately, I don't do it myself much these days.
The pictures you saw of my car in the gallery are from delivery. I didn't have any brake dust to remove (yet)...

In fact I cannot find a buyer here at the forum for my old ones, (In picture above), I am either going to add to my "door stop collection", or let my 17 year old have them to play with as "Frisbee" with her friends on Daytona Beach next summer! (Jk LOL)
So you use P21S, I have heard others here at the forum that swears by it saying it is easy to use, and is one excellent wheel cleaner that does not damage the wheel!
I am going to have to see about buying that wheel cleaning product. Right now, I keep mine waxed with the: "The Wheel Wax" , which does help keep down the excessive e60 BMW brake dust from collecting on my wheels, but only until it rains, and the road is wet, and then....its back to the old BMW brake dust issue...I am researching on the www at buying some white ceramic brake pads while supposed to have very little brake dust if any, and supposed to be more stopping power, and no brake Squeals...

PS,
Parallel M Wheel update for members hare at the forum who is interested in my problem with my on Parallel M wheel that I purchased from "THE WHEEL EXCHANGE" a few weeks ago,
A Joe made contact with me and I emialed him as requested 4 more wheel pictures, and now he said he is having trouble opening the file, (Sounds like a webmaster problem, huh, LOL) and requested me to seen him more pictures, (SEE BELOW) which I did yesterday, and I have heard nothing back from him yet.
About Chase MasterCard and I can still have time to dispute the charges with: "THE WHEEL EXCHANGE" , and I might have to, but right now I just want another Parallel wheel to mach my other three and not cheapen the looks of my new 2004 E60 530i.
NOTE:
(Insert below is a copy of "Joe's" Email that was sent to me yesterday 2-17-05 @ 16:04hrs from: "THE WHEEL EXCHANGE")
<span style='font-size:21pt;line-height:100%'>"Good afternoon. I tried to open the pictures but it did not work. Please try again so we can solve this."</span>
I replied back to Joe @ "THE WHEEL EXCHANGE", yesterday 2-17-05 @ 16:37hrs, I emailed him today, and I still have not heard anything. (I wiil keep the BMW forums informed on the results???).
