That may be the most ridiculous accessory I've ever seen. It looks like a diaper. Maybe that Camry shits itself when it sees an e60 coming up fast.

These are bumper blockers, you put them on when you are parked, so if anyone taps your bumpers there are not marks, you do not use them while you are driving.

I know, I was being facetious, but it still looks funny. Also, how long is that going to stay attached? Someone will steal that thing in one night. It's a great idea for a Utopia where the honest inhabitants' only fault is that they can't parallel park worth a crap.
