His request does sound weird but for what it's worth, he's apparently located in the Bay Area and have told me that I can drop off my lights at his place if I was interested.
I don't think he's out to rip anyone off but I can understand why most would be hesitant to just ship their lights off to someone they don't know.

I heard PIAA came out with a whitish/blue bulb for the E60 angel eyes (cars with xenons) and the product is called Ring Marker in Japan. It was supposed to have a debut at the Tokyo Auto Show in Jan. Do you think you could import it?
