Bridgestone Potenza S03s in Germany

Folks
I suspect I will need 2 new Bridgestone Potenza S03s 245/19s for this weekend at the Nurburgring. Now its too late to order here and get them in time (I travel thurs, but am away from home tomorrow for a meeting) so can anyone recommend any company near the Nurburgring that could supply and fit them this weekend?
