It's been a while since i've been on but here it goes....my latest dilemma... I installed a set of 19" breyton race gts wheels 6 months ago. The wheels are cast and I was worried how well they would hold up on the streets of NY. I loved the way they look but I bent 2 of them already. The potholes I hit weren't that bad either. I tried getting the wheels repaired but I wasn't pleased with them. I had to bight the bullet and buy 2 new wheels. My question is would a forged wheel hold up better? Are the 166 wheels forged? Thanks guys

Even the cast OEM's are pretty strong due to the weight. OEM wheels are often heavier to make them strong enough for many years of service...

For reference, the 166 wheels are 27.8 lbs front, 28.2 lbs rear.
