If its pulling to one side at 70 mph then yes you need an alignment.

It wouldn't hurt to get a re-balance again. It is possible that some wheel weights fell off during shipment. I'd try that first then maybe an alignment.

Did you get the 19" staggered? I was thinking to get the Flame from Tirerack but was told there will be rear tire rubbing issue and the fenders need to be rolled so I changed my mind and get the M172s instead. Can you share the pictures?

How many miles are on your car? Did it vibrate before you put your new tires and wheels on?
I once bought a set of tires and the car would vibrate above 70 mph. I brought the car back and they rebalanced the tires and the problem went away.

I got the 19" breyton flame's non staggered from tirerack (what a deal..$189 each) and I don't think staggered would be a problem. And they have a perfect offset!!
