Saving it had nothing to do with the Brembos.....it was all you baby!

WOW... that was your rear tire too! glad you were able to keep it in control and avoid a mayor accident. you must of had an angel guiding your car to safety when it happened.

are you going to get the rim repaired or are you just going to replace it? you should get your other wheels check just to make sure they're tracking straight...

Im gonna be checkin around tommorow to see if its repairable...if not, time for a new rim.......when i have a chance , ill update some more pics of the inside tire wall....its all shredded up....also...the nerves of BMW ASSIST to make me wait an hour and twenty mins for a tow.....i ended up calling highway patrol and they called in a tow.....note, i was in a center divider lane and was in extreme danger the officer said....i got a way with one....

Holy Sh*t! Glad you are OK. That has to be one of the strangest ways I've ever seen a rim damaged. Let us know how thew repair or replacement turns out.

Glad you are okay. Others can all be repaired/replaced.

I believe the Brembos helps as well. I had the STOPTECH on my e39 540i 6 speed and did savd me few times on the highway.
