I'm having the EBC Red Stuff ceramic pads fitted to my car on Monday, to improve braking perfomance and also to reduce that evil brake dust
Not very nice for the shiney 172's
I know these are available over the Pond as well as over here in the U.K., and was wondering if anyone has had any experience with them.

I have had good luck with Galfer and Porterfield, but brakes seem to be like oil, and everyone has their own opinion.

So can one simply replace the OEM pads w/ ceramic one's or do the rotors also need to be replaced with ones that are compatible with the ceramic pads????
