Is it normal that the brake pad wear sensors (the ones that plug into the brake pads) are only on 2 of the 4 wheels? I have them on the driver front and passenger rear.

Thanks in advance.

Yes, there is a sensor on one of each of the front and rear brake pads. The sensor system works fine. In my experience you'll be alerted to pad replacement while you still have a fair amount of meat on them.
