This morning, John (member brabusw209amg) installed RD LED license plate lamps on my ride, replacing the LED lights that he had installed previously.
The results are terrific. The RD LEDs are soooo bright and they really make my license plate pop. There are a vast improvement over the prior LEDs and they are also error free. This is a plug and play install as the RD product replaces the entire OEM housing for the license plate lamps. The install is super simple and non-technical. John did it in 2-3 minutes max.
Thanks John.
Here are the step by step pics of the install (I am sure that John will annotate them with DYI comments) and the final product lit up in my garage.

WHOA That install looks mad complicated!!!
They do look really bright though - I saw them on John's car this past Sunday - they are probably brighter than the back-up lights LOL
Congrats Scott

Thanks. Yes if you are looking for a stealth license plate, this is not the mod for you. This mod really lights up the license plate.
