Instead of eating the full return shipping cost, how about offering 50% of it as a future credit? nomis_nehc might shop with Umnitza again in the future. Thats how you keep customers around and grow your business.

+1...if offer credit, should be full 100%. U'll make it back by selling body kits to him again.
Although I'm screaming murder for most of our communication, Umnitza has been nothing short of polite and helpful throughout the situation, but hey almost all dealers will make mistakes with one or two orders on a frequent basis, but from the buyers perspective, it becomes and inconvenience and a hassle.

Received the notification for my refund today. I do appreciate Matt sticking to his word, and processed this as he said it would be.
The amount being refunded is the full amount that I paid for. It was a process, but I am glad that this is coming to a close.
On the upside of things, I think I will have no problem buying from Umnitza in the future. After all, once the matter was brought center to their attention, it was duly taken care of. I do applaud Umnitza and Matt for making things right
