There are 2 different cases, and it does appear that we screwed up.
I'm personally working with Ling right now, he will provide me better photos.
As for Simon, I'll give you a call shortly.
Me and my guys will do our best to resolve your situations as quickly as we can. Each case is different so we'll take them individually and fix both.

Thought I would put this out as an update.
Simon and I have spoken and are working through it.
For future customers of this particular product, Simon has agreed to send us the detailed write up of what he has received so that we can forewarn (and be aware of) other customers of the necessary parts.
There was no "intent" to screw Simon or Ling at all.
a) Ling's case is he seems to be missing some parts that my guys left out of the box - our mistake - and with some photos, we'll rectify this as soon as possible, we certainly don't want him to be inconvenienced further.
b) Simon's case is that he actually received everything he did pay for - including a free upgrade to a set of Angel Eyes bulbs from Mtec with his order - but our miscommunication and later misunderstanding of the necessary parts led to a more than troublesome experience - truly sorry for that.
In the future, please do feel free to contact us directly so we can better resolve your issues.

I think you mixed Mtec in there because I mentioned that I have decided to get the Mtec conversion kit route.

Yeah... Joe helped me out over the phone 2 weekends ago, and took about half a day on Monday to spend some time checking this out for me.
If not for his help and Nerwell (sp?), I would still have large question marks over my head to why it isn't working.
I am deeply appreciative for the help Joe and Nerwell (and his car) has shown me. Recommended!

+10. It's like giving away your old TV before I don't know, bothering to make sure you didn't just buy an empty box. Sucks though!

If it was me, I'd open the box first and checked for everything before proceeding to remove the halogen headlights.
Nonetheless, Umnitza is at fault for failing to deliver as promised. Good luck!
