Bought 06 Xenon Headlights... venting

Bought headlights, angel eyes, bulbs and ballasts from umnitza, said everything was in stock promised to ship on June 3rd.
I specifically PMed him again and again to check the order and the box and to make sure everything was included. He reassures me that it is all fine.
He then emails me and says the headlight brackets were not in stock, so it had to be shipped out on the 9th of June. I once again tell him to make sure everything was shipped.
It is now June the 16th, the headlights had arrived. I spent the next 2 hours removing my halogen headlights and taking out old splices and bulbs within the headlights; then I proceeded to
open the box I received, and guess what - no ballasts, bulbs, cables or Angel Eyes. I am beyond pissed off at the moment. I do not see how this could be a mistake after telling him more than 3 times
to make sure everything was shipped.

If it was me, I'd open the box first and checked for everything before proceeding to remove the halogen headlights.
Nonetheless, Umnitza is at fault for failing to deliver as promised. Good luck!

While the shipper is responsible and should have delivered everything as agreed on, why didn't you look in the box to make sure all is counted for prior to ripping apart your headlights? That would have been the first thing I would have done to make sure everything has been shipped as agreed.

You have every right to vent and should do so if we refuse to help you which we aren't doing.
If we screwed up the order in some way, we screwed up and will fix it. however, the bracket you are referring to is the bracket that holds the light bulb in place, we didn't get any with the Hella headlights we received from Hella, they told us it comes on all the cars or is only available at the dealer (maybe blowing smoke up our...). That is the reason for the delay.
You PM'ed us at 12:50am our time, you got a reply within 9 hours to please email us photos of what you received.
Let's continue our discussion via PM and see if we can resolve it.
