Has anyone installed the Borla exhaust on a 530i?
I'm looking to replace the stock exhaust with one that is not too loud but has a nice deep sound to it.
I've heard Borla is a good choice for that. I've read a lot of posts about the B&B, Remus, and some Eisenmann. But what about the Borla?
And how do the various exhausts available for the E60 rate on a scale for loudness and deepness of the sound?

My Ride: 530iA Silver Grey , black interior. Premium Package, Navigation System, Head-up Display, Radio Satellite, Adaptive Xenon Headlights. AC Schnitzer Front Lip, H&R springs, Rear red reflector, All season Floor mat,
I have not heard on Borla Exhaust before.. Remus exhaust is not too loud though..

Last I knew, Borla does not have a bolt-on application for the e60.
That would have been my 1st choice (having had other Borla exhausts in the past) but I am Very happy with my B&B

It's a Cat-Back system and looks completely bolt-on (install guide attached). No sound clips though.
I know Borla usually has the sound i'm looking for, but I don't know about a cat-back exhaust.
What do you guys think?

IMO B&B exhaust is louder than eisenmann..

). Actually the application is for the 530 but NOT the 545. It is a FULL cat back system. For that $$ it looks like a great deal!! Just need them to come out with one for the V8 now (and the V10 ).
