BMW wiring harness cloth fabric tape

My Ride: BMW E60 520d SE Saloon M47 2.0dTitanium Grey II, Grey−Dakota Leather, Visibility Package, Media Package, Through Load System, Lumbar support − fr seats, Automatic Air Conditioning−Advanced, High beam assistant, Hi−Fi Loudspeak
Model Year: 2006
BMW use fabric tape all over the car to wrap the cables. The part number for the tape is 61136902588 but the stupid thing is that they sell that tape at the dealers by the meter 
and each meter costs about a pound 
which I refuse to spend.
In my quest to find another tape that looks and feels like the BMW OEM tape I've now finally found two that come close. One actually is exactly what BMW used to use on the older cars but not on our cars.
The reason fabric tape is used and is important is because its stronger and because its fabric it does not causing any vibration noise if the cables touch the car.
The tape I've found is from a company called TESA. I bought the tape from http://royleautoservices.co.uk/shop/black-...f3e531df70766b0 the guy also sells this on eBay. This tape is made is Germany and I could almost bet its what BMW used themselves. I'm pretty sure the tape they use on our cars is also made by TESA but I've not found it yet.
The other tape that comes pretty close is from a company called SCAPA http://www.scapa.com/en/ I bought the tape from eBay. Its not what I've seen used on BMW but is a very close match and go easily go unnoticed.
