AAA exhaust has almost any tips you want. Also, they can fabricate a custom quad exhaust the way you want it. Here's their website.

I was cruising AAA's website and found more pics of Matt's old 530i. Did they put on those single oval tips to show you what they looked like before they actually welded on the dual (quad tips)?
And I saw this travesty and wanted to barf!

M5 bumper fits fine, I have it on my 04 530i
How did you get the dual exhaust on your car? I''m looking to buy a e61 wagon and give it the whole M5 wagon look.

in addition to member imsortofabigdeal, off the top of my head members vegastrashed, my530i, and iceman316 have the M5 rear bumper on their e60s, plus anyone else who has a full M5 conversion and or just the M5 rear for quads.

M5 rear bumper on E60s does require aftermarket designed quad exhaust system or local muffler shop can do custom fabricated system which is around 400-600 installed.

On a 530i, I think you need to coordinate your m5 installation with the exhaust modification; otherwise, you may melt your new bumper because the exhaust will touch the edge. On a 545i or 550i with a butterfly valve, the exhaust that touches the bumper is not hot unless you stomp the paddle all the time. That gives you more time to install the bumper first, then get your exhaust mod.
Then again, the 530i has smaller tips; hence, you may be able to get away with the rubbing on your new m5 bumper but I wouldn't take that chance.
