First you have to get the stock tips cut off then install the bumper , because the stock ones dont line up with the m5 outlet hole .

Just curious, what dual exhaust systems do you recommend to use for the M5 Rear Bumper kit for a 2005 545i ?

Ive read postings about the burning of the bumper, so Im thinking either as someone stated you have to shave the bumper (which I kind of want to avoid..) or find an exhaust that fits best and fills up the gap as much as possible?

any suggestions?

My dealer fitted a shim under the stock exhaust .. And a week later I make the custom exhaust .
