Have anyone installed or heard of this BMW PERFORMANCE POWER MOD Chip that increase 20BHP for M3 1/3/5/7 Series that only cost $3.00.I found this at Ebay.Worth try?

I dooubt this works.
It will probably just harm the engine.
I wouldn't try it.

Also, it is not for the E60, it's for the E39.

I think that is due to the fact the seller forgat to add the E60 on his list..

This mod WAS legit in the early days, especially if you had an aftermarket air intake. When I worked at Vauxhall\Opel I had an 89 Nova GTE and I spoke with our engineers (I was in R&D) and they gave me the technical explanation which was legitimate. They did the mod for me and it did seem to pick up a little power, but then again the GTE was only 100hp
