Looking to replace the factory sport suspension on my 550i and would like to know the proper disassembly process with information on torque settings. Does anybody know where to find this sort of documentation?
Thanks
Thanks

i replaced my stock sport suspension on my 545 last month with eibach prokit and bilstein sport shock.
The Eibach didn't come with "installation" instruction, just the generic "General Instructions and Safety Tips" info.
The Bilsteins however came with good detailed instruction and torque settings. If you have access to a fax machine, I'll be more than happy to fax it to you, both the front and rear installation instructions. pm me if you wish
check this site also for a diy from bavarian auto (whom i bought my shocks from):

good luck

Hello txag_530i. I don't know how to find the production month. The year is 2007.

It should be on the sticker inside the drivers door on the "B" pillar.
