BMW ending relationship with Dinan

Modding with Dinan did void the warranty, its just that Dinan would cover it.

I've heard this before as well. I'm sure Dinan will continue to make performance parts for BMW. The problem is that I think they may lose all those BMW dealerships as dealers.

I've seen, and still have the Dinan Dealership agreement paper work, and there are stipulations in what Dinan will cover, and will not cover. I've also listened to what SEMA claims and they say that a dealership has to prove that the aftermarket product is the cause the failure of x before they can void your warrenty. In the end I try to use good old fashion common sense in terms of upgraded and the risks.
