I was going to get an aux input put into my 2004 530i, so when they upgrade the software do you think it would be possible for them to do the bluetooth tcu upgrade with the same software upgrade or is it something different?

There's no reason that they can't. You'll have to ask the SA at Momentum to see what he says.
