it was exactly that problem....the first 2 tire places and including bmw service rep couldnt figure out that little problem....i brought it into fastech in edmonton alberta today and they figured it out right away so if neone is from edmonton here i definately recommend them they're great!

thanks for all the advice guys! im happy that the problems fixed.
