Will the BMS powerbox work on my U.S 2005 530i? the site seems to suggest its only for 2006+

 

I believe it's for N52 engines. Yours may be M54.

But believe me - I have driven a 530i with the Sprint Booster v2 and then tried the Juice Box on my 530i. JB beats the SB hands DOWN !

I don't think this is a good idea since the BMS already does the accelerator remap function just like the SB but unlike the SB, the BMS adds power.

Stel: that wouldn't make sense at all. Powerbox, like balbs said, also remaps already. It would be completely pointless.

BMW powerbox is hardware dude. You need to do your research.
