Are these Xenon angel eyes or did someone mod them?

Apparently they're on eBay for 100 bucks (I'm getting this info from German Car Fans forum)
Grab them while they're out . (You just have to replace the rings it says)

If they were factory red or blue, everyone would think it would be cool to make them white. Looks a little childish, not to offend anyone.

They are illegal too.

You can't have any blue colored lights on a vehicle in any US state, except for Ohio (I think).

You're right. They're just different that's all. (I never said anything about them looking good or anything), however the reds make the car look evil and very demonic. Not that I'd ever do this to my car anyways.
