The difference between blacked out and smoked is that when you black it out its just more coats of paint. Im not talking about the overlays, straight paint.(the right way)

yeah, yeah , yeah, ok enough on this, to each his own the car looks hard as hell the way it is.......

Im actually only measuring the flat portion so if im supposed to be measuring to the bottom then i guess it would be 4". Whats the status on ur car when do u get ur wheels?? Post some pics!!

And im down in Irvine area all the time so we can for sure arrange something.
Sweet! I don't go down much to Irvine anymore due to my work, but I'd be more than happy to go down there. BTW, when you ordered your wheels did you request the lip size or was it just a given when you ordered? I was told that my iForged Drift (for example) could only come in 2.5" front + 4" lip rear. No changes could be made

Well, I'm sure most of you would know my feelings on this look but here goes anyway. Looks absolutely fantastic. Nothing more aggressive looking than ALL black wheels. Some get it and some just don't. No real right or wrong but to me, it's very right. I love it. And by the way, when I first showed pics of my car 2 years ago, I was flamed to a crisp. It's all good though as I achieved the look I set out to achieve. It seems you did as well.

All the best.

Its the standard shadow trim that comes with the sport package....so I believe that would be matte black

damn that looks shit hot.

You guys in the US are lucky, you can have all blacked out windows.
I was going to ask, what % tint are they, and is your car carbon black or pure black ?

We in Cali are "lucky" to not get caught with the front windows blacked out (Front window tint is illegal in California and some other states). So lucky is the operative word.
