Is it hard change the front grills to the matte black ones? is it just like a snap on type thing or do I need to have someone install them for me?

Pretty easy, with a little patience. Just access the clips in the back. Use a screwdriver to gently push/pull the clips off.

Gently! I felt like i was going to rip off my bumper getting those damn grilles off.

Once you get the old ones out do the new ones just pop in or you need to place the clips in the back the same way you took the old ones out?
