So I finally got around to replace my badges today. Sunday is mod day for me 
for some reason I do all my mods on Sunday's 
The DIY was straight forward but that glue was pretty tough to get off even with the Goo-off. There was even some little specs of glue left but I just left those little patches on since I didn't want to rub too hard and damage the clearcoat too much. Anyway, the end result is nice and neat and inline

The matte black badges would look great on the the silver though.

(sorry, couldn't resist ) If I where to smoke the tails, it would be an extremely light tint. I don't want them too dark.
