Hi guys,

I am looking into lowering the car and a local shop (in Germany) quoted me ~$2,000 to put in Bilstein B14 PSS adjustable height coilovers. Is this a good price for parts and labor? He also quoted ~1,300 for parts and labor for non-adjustable height Bilstein coilovers.

Thanks!

It all depends on the region but around here coilovers cost about $400 to install including an alignment.

not sure on the parts but the labor over here in the states runs about $250-$400 for that kind of an install. Sounds like you are getting hosed but thats $2000 euros and not us dollars on your end

Thanks guys,

That would have been $2000 USD. I have decided not to lower it. Maybe I will do it next year....
