biggest tyres on 19" rims

My Ride: BMW 525d SE
I have a non-M sport 525d e60 on 19" rims 245/35/19 and 275/30/19.
I want to increase the aspect ratio (% of the tyre width = tyre wall height) to the max. Width less important.
Whats the biggest tyre I can get on these rims to improve the ride without modification?
What are other people using on thier 19" rims?
