Is it possible to get some bigger chrome exhaust tips? I mean the very very end of the exhaust which comes out of the rear bumper. The ones one 530i are too thin. I wanted to go for whole new exhaust but that is too expansive and since no increase in power and slightly increased sound level that is not an option.
Also the most discouraging thing is the cutting and welding in case of the whole exhaust exchange and that is total noooo

So can I just swap the ends? What about 545 exhaust tips? I found it is a single part that can be ordered and costs only about 40$ each.

Anyone????

Any decent muffler shop can put larger tips on. I would stay away from the chains though. In the US, the muffler shops would stock alternative tips.

Yeah, most muffler shops carry many different tips that they can simply weld, clamp or screw on to your existing muffler. I've even seen replica AC Schnitzer exhaust tips on eBay for about $120.
