Thinking about going to 19" Beyern Mesh 8.5/9.5 staggered wheels with Conti DWS tires in standard size. Looking for feedback from any folks who have this setup on an XI. What offsets did you use? Rubbing issues? Etc. Also, what is a realistic price for this setup?

For my '08 535xi 6MT I went with Beyern Mesh front 18x8.5 40 mm offset, rear 18x9.5 45 mm offset, Nitto NT555s; 245 40 front, 275s in rear. Used the stock lugs and BMW center caps with these wheels. They have been perfect in terms of looks, aggressive look and road feel, the wheel to fender gap increased just very slightly but not bad at all, . Discount Tire Direct delivered the entire setup for $1500......

I have Baroque's so I came across the same questions. The 8.5/9.5 staggered is the only way to stagger since 9.5 will rub in the front of an XI. For the tires,they are absolutely great if you live in an area that experiences all weather (like Pittsburgh).

Cost of this should run you:

Mesh 19x8.5 x 2@424.95 =$849.90
Mesh 19.9.5 x 2@424.95 =$849.90
DWS tires (shipping) x4@135+50 =$185.00

Total = approx.$1884.80

Cost of Shipping+Tax depends on the vendors you order from. I got my Wheels from Bavarian Autosport with no tax or shipping, and I got my tires from TireRack for $50 flat ship fee and no tax.

Thanks for the feedback guys. Discounttiredirect has these available for $272 per wheel, as well as a $100 discount if you buy a set of 4. Decisions decisions
