eBay. Flat, matches trim. Plasti-dipped the silver trim to match. Easy install, great quality.

Best vendor I would say is the dealer for a set of OEM gloss black grills. I went with BMW of Newport and they were $112 shipped.

Yeah, read the guides, I'm not too worried about that. I guess I'm looking to be a bit "different" for wanting either gloss or matching paint instead of matte black. I think on most colors the matte would work, but being mine is Black Sapphire, I just don't think it will look right. Bimmian.com has painted ones, but $150+ after shipping is just tough for some plastic. I'll keep poking around I guess.
My car is also sapphire metallic black, i have the matte black grill installed. You can see it in the my signature pic on the left, well barely lol.

Trinity for the matte black that matches the black trim perfectly. High quality, good price and easy install.

Haven't bought grills from Trinity but bought coilovers and Nerwyll was awesome. Highly recommend.
