The opinions will vary greatly, Iridium plugs will be good, IF and only IF the amount of Iridium actually contained is significant enough. Cheap iridium plugs won't have enough. I recently changed mine and went with Bosch Platinum +4 ($6/ea @ O'Reilly), which it turns out WERE the OEM plugs. My car had the original plugs still in and they were the Bosch just with BMW stamped on them.

I got raped! My fault for not doing research, but just had my plugs replaced @ $22.60 a piece! Replaced with OEM Bosch.
Sorry for the hijack!

any reason why you don't like Bosch so much? I'm gonna order NGK too but it seems like lots of forum members used Bosch. I had good experience with NGK back in the days for my Z.

every car i've ever had with bosch plugs have run better when i put NGK's in them. people will probably point to used vs. new plugs, but i just feel more comfortable with NGK based on my experiences.

I would argue its just the benefit of putting new plugs in. I replaced mine with Bosch (there were NGK in my car) and it immediately remedied the rough idle I was experiencing.
I got my Bosch for just over $8 a piece online.
