I would say Lip, but the other wheel look nice! so... no lip

imo bmw's look best w/o lips nowadays. 20 years ago i would have said lips for sure but it's not the '80s anymore

I am not a fan of rims with a lip.

I agree on that they are out of fashion. They also make the wheel look smaller.
