Black with red stiching got my vote!
I went with another route though (with my sapphire black)...

Thanks for the inputs guys.
Looks like black w/ red stitching is taking the lead.
Anybody knows if it has been done on any e60 on this planet?
I found a local upholstery specialist here who's specializing leather interior retrimming. They've been doing leather retrimming for exotics here in Jakarta for long. I've seen some of their work it's quite amazing, can't really tell that the seats and door panels been retrimmed. They got a variety of dakota and nappa leather to choose from.
Black full nappa is very tempting, but I'd end up with another all black interior again for the 9th year and 3rd car
hey antti, I love how flat eric brings a nice contrast to the whole interior color!
Nice job on the interior, the stitching looks superb. how long did the whole process take?

But my upholsterer had another projects going on as well and I told him not to hurry, as I had my things to do with the interior at the same time; BSW speakers, vinyl wrapping etc...

Looks like saddle is creeping up to the top against black/red stitch.
Yea, given the e60 is a luxury sedan, the interior needs to be kept classy and elegant too instead of radical posh.
I'll save the coral red for a sports coupe if i ever own one hehe

My Ride: Carbon black m sport package 535xi. Natural brown interior with black diamond trim. Dinan stage 2.
i have carbon black with msport meaning anthracite roofliner with natural brown. Honestly i get so many compliments with it! The two tone colours is the way to go! I was thinking about red but also thought i would get sick of it
