best fog lamp bulbs

i've tried a few replacement fog lamp bulbs and all of them have been disappointing. none of them seemed as bright as oem, what do you guys reckon is the best make of bulb for a bright white that matches xenon color temp? cheers!

I installed HID fogs - they match perfectly

Speaking of replacing the fog lamps, do you just take the screw out that's on the side of the lens? Does that remove the entire assembly?

That's to adjust the aiming. U need to remove the wheel liner to access the bulbs. Like pukka said, HIDs is the way to go.

My Ride: 2006 550i sport pak. all the other goodies.. MODS: M5 front, sides, aFe throttle body spacer, RPI Red scoop, amber angle eyes, powder coated sport rims, tinted tail lights. smoked side blinkers, color of car and rims roundels, real carbon fiber roof spoiler, 550i number flat black, LED license plate lights, MTX 12' sub, dyno mat, tinted Windows, flat black grill, flat black exhaust tips, light smoke headlight tint, foged out eyelash, velocity booster.

HID's for sure, 6000K matches the best, so iv been told. There next on my mod list

I went with John's HID kit when I had fog lights:

They are really bright. I was able to drive at night with just them and my angel eyes.
